## What we do

Solar Bear Energy designs, permits, and installs solar and battery systems for homes, farms, and businesses, plus EV chargers, roof replacement and repair, cold-climate ductless mini splits, and ADT-monitored security systems. One team handles design through interconnection.

Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, from a base in Milford, PA (301 E Harford St, Milford, PA 18337).

## Equipment

Installs and services EG4, Sol-Ark, SMA, SolarEdge, Sungrow, SunPower, APsmart, Generac, Enphase, and Fortress Power. Does not service Tesla systems.

## Warranties and financing

Up to 25-year equipment warranty, 10-year workmanship warranty. $0-down unsecured financing through Atmos for qualified homeowners. Free, no-obligation consultation.

## Incentives (2026)

The federal residential credit ended for homeowner-owned systems installed after 2025-12-31. Commercial credit and lease/PPA routes still carry federal value; a commercial project starting now must be placed in service by 2027-12-31. Pennsylvania SRECs and 1-to-1 net metering, New York 25% state credit and NY-Sun, New Jersey SuSI and tax exemptions. Confirmed per address before signing.
